Returns & Refunds policy

Your order will be made to order within 2-5 working days. Please check the size charts & T-shirt Colour with each order to ensure the correct sizing/colour is purchased. We can not be held liable for incorrect sizing/colour ordered by mistake. If you email us within the 24 hours to inform us of an incorrect colour or size then we can change this for you free of charge. All T-shirts are handmade to order.

If you’re not happy with your item when it arrives, we’re happy to accept a return, please inform us within 28 days of the purchase date of your intent to return the garment to us. You will have to cover the cost of postage to send it back.

Please inform us by e-mail filmheadthreads@outlook.com. Your refund will be issued 7-10 working days after we have received the item back and is in perfect condition ( please see conditions for returns)

Conditions for returns:

Where returns are due to not liking the item/changing your mind we will except returns as long as its in perfect condition - Please inform us via email within 28 days.

• The item is unworn

• The item hasn't been washed

• The item is in the same condition as received

If returning an order that is unfit for purpose -

• Prints not straight or images missing

• Prints peeling off after washing on a cool wash 30 degrees and inside out

  The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items which have clearly been damaged through hot washing

• Items which have been damaged through tumble drying

• Items which have been damaged through Ironing the transfer

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided in your returns email.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Once the item has been returned and checked by us, we will issue a refund for the Garment only ( not postage) within 7-10 working days.

International Orders

As the buyer you agree to pay any customs charges that are issued by the postal company that we use. Generally this will be either DPD international or Royal Mail tracking. We will update you on when the customs charges need paying but ultimately it is your responsibility to check your emails ( junk folder) and look out for these notifications of customs charges ( DPD will send SMS/Email notifications with payment links) We have no control over how much the customs charges are as this is determined by the carrier and is subject to weight/ package value and destination country. We will always use the correct weight and package value as per customs laws.

Should you not pay the customs charges after 5 days the package will be automatically returned to us by the carrier. We will refund you the cost of the products ordered (minus the postage costs) within 7 days of receiving the package back to us. ( Please note this can take anywhere up to 4 weeks to be returned to us)

In the event of the Postal service loosing the package, steps will be made by us to redeem the costs via the courier. Once we have confirmation that the package is lost by the courier, we will refund you the whole amount within 7 working days.
