By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way.
3. Products and services
We sell Fan art designs inspired by the movie genre and are not affiliated with the films itself, we dont (unless otherwise stated) sell on behalf of the film production company and should not be confused with the offiically licenced products that the films produce.
We may change, update, or remove products/services at any time without notice. We have the right to change prices, designs and special offers without notice.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling
We accept Debit/Credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. We collect payment from 3rd party companies - Paypal & Stripe payments. By purchasing from our website you agree to the terms and conditions set out by our 3rd party payment providers.
5. Orders & Pre Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Each purchase is made to order and we aim to post your products out within 5 working days of payment. We don't start your order until 24 hours after payment in which you have the option to change your mind and cancel the order by email.
We hold very small quantities of stock (T-shirts and DFT prints) therefore if we don't have stock of your purchase we will order in more to fulfil your order which can take a couple of days.
We may refuse or cancel any order if needed, including for stock, payment, European delivery and customs rates and fraud reasons. We will inform you of this via the email address you have provided during checkout.
When offering a design on a pre order basis, we have the right to cancel the pre order before the end date, we also reserve the right to cancel any orders made during the timeframe - if the minimum production number set out by the screenprint company is not reached. All cancelled orders will receive full refunds including postage costs and notified via email.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the UK and Europe. We can post worldwide however this would be as a special order, please email us at filmheadthreads@outlook.com
Estimated delivery times are 24/48 hours royal mail tracked after production. European orders can take anywhere between 10-28 days. (It is the customers responsibility to check emails and junk folder for customs duty charges from the carrier and pay any customs charges outlined in the emails.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. Please see our Refunds & Returns page for more information.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Filmhead Threads unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy or use it without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or unexpected damages arising from use of this website or our products, to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
